1. Fill out and seal the Application Form & Agreement with officiai stamp and submit it by mail or fax to the Organizing Committee.The applicant should make the participation fees payabie in full or 50% as deposit by telegraphic transfer or in person to the Organizing Committee within 7 working days after application. The baiance of the payment shall be settlded prior to Oct 18,2010. Otherwise, the reserved booth will not be kept.
2. Upon remittance of all the fees, the exhibitor shall fax the stub of bank transfer to the Organizing Committee for review.After re-ceiving all the bootgrental,the Organizing Committee will mail an invoice to the exhibitor or issue the invoice during the exhibition.
3. The booth rental is defined uniformly by the Organizing Committee.The allocation of booths is determined on a basis of standard prices,which should be fair for participation and competition.The allocation of booths is determined on a basis of“first-come-first-served” in terms of application and payment.
4. For the convenience of exhibitors to let domestic and overseas purchasers and distributors to learn about their exhibits and make order-piscing arrangements, please apply for participation as early as possible and provide company products, literature and materials (in Chinese and English). The Organizing Committee will send exhibition information and booth arrange-ment via electronic network.
5. Exhibitors have no reason to abandon the enterprise,non-refundable deposit.
